Autumn View's Rates and Policies

Season: Year-round

Rates: $65.00 (double occupancy) including a full ala-carte breakfast.  Taxes not included.

Reservations:  Always a great idea, but rooms may be available at the last minute so please call.  We can usually refer to nearby accommodations if necessary.

Minimum Stay: One night minimum any time of year

Deposit:  Deposit of one night's rate is required to reserve a room.

Payment:  Personal check, cash or money order.  Credit cards not accepted

Cancellation:  A minimum of 7 days notice is required or the deposit is forfeited. 

Check-in:  3:00 pm to 7:00pm.  Please call if you need to arrive before or after the stated check-in times.

Check-out: 11:00am

Pets may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

Smoking: Autumn View is a no-smoking facility.  Guests may smoke on porches and outdoors only.
